I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were hairs on the bedding and surfaces that clearly hadn't been wiped down.

A train station was adjacent to hotel. We enjoyed being there and would come back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay near the saga station. the location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area, and the supermarket nearby was perfect for any last-minute needs. the staff was kind and attentive, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service that kept our room tidy. we also enjoyed the relaxing hot spa and the extensive breakfast options that catered to our taste for traditional japanese cuisine.
No kitchen facilities 🍽️, just a small fridge available.

During my new year stay, the hotel provided a nice selection of hot breakfast dishes. The location was convenient, being just a short walk from the main train station and various restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel offered an on-site massage service which was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The room was quite small and cramped. The bathroom facilities were especially small and the shower was difficult to maneuver in.

The location was perfect with a nearby restaurant called Osakana Tengoku where we enjoyed delicious meals; we were also pleased with the well-equipped bathroom that had a bathtub.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. It is only a short walk away from the train station and bus center. the rooms are well-equipped, with a fridge and a clean shower. the hotel also offers a great breakfast and facilities such as a public bath, TV room, and massage chair.
The rooms are on the small side and the bathrooms could be more spacious, which might not be ideal for travelers seeking larger accommodations.

We had a great stay, with the best aspects being its convenient location close to the train station, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff. The hotel was well-equipped with a public bath, TV room and massage chair, and even had masseurs on duty for a relaxing hand massage. We appreciated the clean towels and pyjamas provided, as well as the bag of fresh ones left on our door handle. The hotel was just a short walk to the JR station, making transportation easy and accessible.
All good.

The hotel's location was superb, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and with various shops and restaurants nearby. It was also well-equipped with amenities such as a public bath, TV room, and massage chair. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary clean towels and pyjamas that were hanged on my doorknob even though I did not need cleaning that day.
The room was a bit too small for my liking, especially the bathroom. the air conditioner was located right above my pillow and seemed a little dusty.
